Family Finance Warriors (“we,” “us,” or “the Site”) is operated by Manny Alfaro, a sole proprietor in California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information on https://www.familyfinancewarriors.com.

This policy does not apply to Etsy, Amazon, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, or other sites after you leave ours.

   You give us: name and email if you subscribe or contact us; the content of your messages; order details only if you buy a digital product from us directly (Etsy checkout is handled by Etsy).

Collected automatically: IP address, browser, device type, operating system; pages viewed, dates, times, referring URL, approximate location; cookie and pixel IDs for analytics and ads; error logs.

We do not try to collect Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or full payment cards on this Site. We do not collect medical diagnoses. If you read a vitamins or wellness article, the page URL can still suggest an interest. We do not use that to claim you have a health condition.

   To run and secure the Site; reply to you and send email you signed up for; analytics; ads (including personalized or contextual ads where allowed); measure affiliate clicks (including Amazon Associates); comply with law and defend claims.

We do not sell your email list as a spreadsheet. Under California law, sharing cookie IDs with ad and analytics companies for targeted ads can still count as a “sale” or “share.” See section 6.

   We use cookies. Some are needed for the Site. Others measure traffic or show ads.

Third parties we currently use include Google Analytics; Google AdSense and related Google advertising; Wix; email-tool cookies if you join our list; social buttons (Etsy, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X, Instagram) if you click them.

Google and other ad partners may collect device IDs and browsing data across sites. Use Google’s ad settings, industry opt-outs, and the controls in section 6.

This section is also our cookie notice. The Wix banner must match it: reject optional cookies, and treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of sale/share.

   Some links are affiliates, including Amazon Associates. If you click and buy, that retailer processes the purchase under its own policy. We may get a commission and a record that the click or sale came from our link.

2. How we share information
   With vendors that host the Site, send email, or stop abuse (Wix, Google); advertising and analytics partners above; advisors if needed; authorities when required; a buyer of the Site if it is sold. There is no parent company.

3. California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
   If you are a California resident you may: know what we collect and share; delete information (with legal exceptions); correct inaccurate information; opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context ads; limit use of sensitive personal information if we collect it; and not be punished for asking.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your email list for cash. We may share cookie IDs and browsing data with Google and similar partners for advertising. That can be a “sale” or “share” under California law.

To opt out: use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” footer link; turn on GPC in your browser (we treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out for that browser); reject optional ad cookies in the banner; or email FamilyFinanceWarriors@gmail.com with subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”

Opting out limits targeted-ad cookies we can control. You may still see contextual ads. It does not unsubscribe you from email.

To request know / delete / correct / opt out: email FamilyFinanceWarriors@gmail.com. We will verify you, usually by matching your email, and respond within the time California requires (generally 45 days). An authorized agent may contact us as the law allows.

Categories in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, IP, cookie IDs); internet activity (pages, dates, referrers, ad clicks); approximate location from IP; inferences about topics you read, used only to run the Site and ads.

We do not collect government IDs, precise GPS, or payment cards on this Site. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer health conditions for ads.

Retention: email while you are subscribed and a short period after; logs and ads data per vendor defaults (often up to 26 months) unless you opt out or we delete sooner; contact emails as needed for the conversation and legal records.

   The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

2. Security
   We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS. No system is 100% secure. Vendors may process data in the United States or other countries.

3. Other sites
   Their policies apply once you leave.

4. Changes
   We may update this page and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be posted here.
